I have recently returned from the Annual Children's book fair in Bologna, Italy.
It was great to see so many wonderful picture and story books from around the globe all in one place and the visit was an excellent opportunity to meet publishers and discuss possible new projects.
I also enjoyed once again visiting the city to tour its delightful streets with stunning architecture and amazing eateries. Below is a church I came across behind some very plain large wooden doors.
I could not have imagined such a breathtaking interior could lie inside.
